Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times
Due to global demand and our international fulfillment centers, please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

Shipping Rates
